This association tests and validates the water treatment industry. Ecowater is the only company to earn 2 gold seals. One seal represents softening and the other is for filtering throughout the entire home in just one unit. A large number of systems are validated to soften your water, but we manufacture the only product confirmed to soften and filter the water all through the home in one system.

This is a manufacturing quality assurance that has to abide by strict audited guidelines that is also recognized world wide. Ecowater is the first to receive this certification in this industry. It guarantees our consumers that we truly manufacture our product top to bottom.

NSF International
NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) International tests and certifies products in the area of public health. It establishes standards related to food service equipment, swimming pools and health care equipment.

The EcoWater Model ERO 494E Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Unit has been tested and listed by NSF International under Standard 58 for the reduction of total dissolved solids.

EcoWater products have Canadian Standards Association Certification
Canadian Standards Association (CSA) is the counterpart of Underwriters Laboratories in Canada. CSA is an official body in Canada and CSA certification is mandatory for products sold in Canada. Certain EcoWater Systems products meet this stringent criteria.

EcoWater products carry the UL Seal
Underwriters Laboratories (UL) evaluates electrical and mechanical products to determine whether of not they are likely to cause a fire, electrical shock, injury or damage to property incidental to their use. Applicable EcoWater products are listed to UL Standards for safety by Underwriters Laboratory, Inc. (UL).
The EcoWater mineral tank is listed under Underwriters Laboratories in accordance with Standard ANSI/NSF-61 (1992) for conformance to the materials and structural integrity requirements.
